In a historical part of our hotel there is a cosy Hetmańska restaurant and drink bar. The Chef recommends our guests traditional polish dishes and posher, regional cusine which Podkarpacie is famous for.

In our restaurant, the guests can enjoy the taste of typical Polish rarities like a stewed duck in Old Polish style or farmhouse chicken broth. The guests can also choose the regional dishes like: dumplings with sheep’s cheese, sour soup or regional potato pancakes. The restaurant is opened from 1.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m

Every morning we invite our guests for rich bufet breakfast. The range of cold and hot dishes we always prepare in our hotel kitchen, based on local suppliers and products.
TOURIST GROUP
For formal training or tourist groups we serve lunch and dinner in the image of bufet. We offer you wide range of cold and hot dishes, delicious desserts, fruit and drinks which satisfy the taste of the most particular customers.
FOR THE FIRM
Hetmanska Restaurant is also a perfect place to organise business dinner, a festiwal meeting or a family event like a christering, a communion, a wedding reception. The Chef has prepared an unique menu for each such a special occasion.
